Large master bedroom w loft, private full bath, balcony, parking spot

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for the large master bedroom (including loft and balcony) and large private bathroom in a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 1300 sqft condo, for a month to month contract until the lease is up at the end of June 2018. The room will rent for what I pay, 1800, and Wifi and PG&E will be split with the apartment mate living in the second bedroom (not pictured below). Apartment mate is friendly, quiet surgical resident who is rarely home. Must be cat friendly. Optional furnished/unfurnished room, though living room and kitchen will be completely furnished. Space is large and can very comfortably hold two people. Loft is large enough to be a 3rd bedroom and has been used for family and friends staying over, as well as an office/creative space. Private bathroom has two sinks. Includes large closet and storage space above closet as well as in loft.

Small fenced in backyard space that wraps around the condo.

Comes with designated covered spot for parking (included in rent).

Centrally located in Redwood City, less than a mile from Sequoia Station/shopping center.
