Large master bedroom with bathroom, walk-in closet, hot tub

Hi,

We're subletting our large master bedroom with a walk-in closet in East Palo Alto. It has its own bathroom with his & hers sinks, a shower, and separate toilet, as well as a HUGE walk-in closet (it doesn't seem that huge from the pictures, but this closet is bigger than the room I lived in for a year in EV).

The location: near the Ikea - right over the 101, 4 min from Palo Alto, in a very nice suburban-looking neighborhood with a park a block away

The house: really nice two-story house with hardwood floors, a back patio (with a peach tree, plum tree, and apricot tree) as well as a hot tub!!!

Dates: move in preferably November 1st, but we could probably do a bit earlier if necessary. The lease would be until July 1st of 2019, so 10 months lease!

The roommates are 3 males in their late twenties (one med student, and two working professionals) who are super chill. It's a social house but nothing too insane. We'd prefer to sublet to just one person, but will consider a couple if you'd pay a bit extra for having 2 people living there.
