We are looking for a new friendly housemate. We are 4 young professionals (you'd be the 5th one) sharing a big house in Palo Alto. The room is available July 2nd (move in date could be negotiated).

This large, unfurnished sunny room has:

• A private bathroom
• A walkable, private closet
• 2 windows

And the house you would be living at has:

• Washer/dryer
• A big garage (shared with housemates)
• Large living room / dining area
• Easy parking

It is near the intersection of Colorado and Louis Rd, which means:

• Within biking distance to Stanford
• If you prefer not to bike, there are Palo Alto free shuttles than can help your commute to Caltrain and/or Stanford
• It is 3 blocks away from Midtown shopping center (Safeway, Rite Aid, Baskin Robbins, Starbucks, Roundtable Pizza, 7/11, 3 banks, video rental, several restaurants)
• 1/2 mile from Hwy 101, near junction of Oregon Expressway / Middlefield Rd., 100' to a few bus lines

Price is $1500 and rent goes month-to-month. Expenses are $45 on average. To move in, there is a $300 security deposit.

Last but not least: housemates are friendly and the house is great!
