Hi! We are three female professionals in our twenties looking for a fourth to take over the master bedroom in a spacious four-bedroom, three-bath home. An open house will be held the weekend of May 18, but we’re open to making earlier appointments to check out the space.

About the room:

It’s large! A king-size bed takes up less than half the space.
It will come furnished with a bookshelf, small desk, and king-size bed.
Lots of storage space—there is one closet in the actual bedroom and an additional mirrored closet in the bathroom.
Great view, high ceilings, lots of natural light.
Utilities not included in rent.
Preferred move-in date would be June (negotiable)

It’s a pretty calm house—we’re friends and hang out regularly, but are generally respectful of each other’s space and there aren’t usually a ton of guests filtering in and out.
