Inside, big living room plus family room, kitchen with new appliances and dishwasher, big garage with lots of storage and a washer/dryer. There's a built-in office area off the living room with a built-in desk and shelf area that would make a great home office.
The master bedroom is large, with a ceiling fan, two closets, and a private bath. Would be great for a couple.
Your housemates would be two Stanford surgical residents, one male one female, one awesome dog and two overly friendly cats, both non-smokers. We can't handle any more pets.
