*Shared bathroom with one roommate with your own sink (two sinks in bathroom) with a female. The other roommate is a guy who occupies the master bedroom and private bathroom
*Walking distance to redwood city caltrain (5 min)
*Walking distance to whole foods, safeway, downtown redwood city (8 min)
*Close to all the tech shuttles
*Utilities / water/ gas/ trash usually come out to $75-150 a month (more in winter)
*two car garage and ample parking
*Available July 1, Also available earlier if needed. Month to month lease (6+ months preferred)
