The available bedroom is large (>160 sq. ft.) with a sizeable closet and a lot of natural lighting. You would be sharing a bathroom with one female roommate. Rent is $1520/mo + utilities (split equally among all roommates). It could come furnished or unfurnished, up to you! Lease is 1 year starting June 1.

The house has a ton of common space, including two living rooms, a dining room, breakfast nook, full large kitchen, and washer/dryer. There is a 2 car garage and plenty of free street parking. There is also a nice back patio with flowers and fruit trees.

My boyfriend (software engineer) and I (Stanford medical student) are clean, considerate, and sociable roommates! We have been living here with friends/roommates for almost 3 years, but the roommates are moving out of town at the end of the current lease.
