Housemates are all Stanford alums or current Stanford grad students (2 female, 1 male) who work in tech, consulting. Also share the space with an adorable dog named Winston. The house is currently fully furnished and move-in ready (only bedroom requires furniture).

House has been fully renovated in the past five years with new stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, and full bathroom remodels. Has large backyard with citrus trees, fire pit, and deck for spending time outdoors.

Lots of available free parking spaces, with Stanford campus a close bike ride or drive away.

Room is very large (largest room in the house), with hardwood floors and lots of windows in detached part of the home.
