The space: Large, furnished two-story 2Br/1.5ba townhouse in Mountain View right next to the beautiful Rengstorff Park. The apartment is conveniently located just off of Central Expressway, right between El Camino Real and the 101 freeway. Within a mile from Downtown Mountain View (Castro St.), San Antonio Shopping Center, Walgreens on El Camino, and two Caltrain Stations (San Antonio and Castro St.). Right down the street from Google, Box, and lots of other big tech companies, and only ~5miles from Stanford (15min by car, 30min by bike). Right on the corner of the complex we have another Walgreens, several restaurants (including a damn good pupuseria), and Mi Pueblo market. The management of the apartment complex is fantastic and extremely responsive, with many new renovations made this summer.
Amenities: Newly renovated pool in complex, gym, and lounge space for parties. Recently installed electric vehicle charging stations in the parking lot. A/C in apartment (downstairs in living/kitchen space only). Laundry on-site, only ~50ft from the apartment. Two furnished private balconies (one downstairs, one upstairs through my room that you are welcome to use - just ask). The downstairs balcony has a succulent/herb garden in-progress that you are welcome to contribute to.

Me: I'm a 28yr old female Biophysics PhD student at Stanford University. I've been living in this apartment for about 3 years and love it more now than the day I moved in. My current roommate is finishing up her internship at Google and moving out of state for a new job, which is why the space is available. I'm clean, quiet, considerate and I work a lot. I usually spend 10+ hours a day at the lab and spend many weekends in Oakland, so I'm not there all that often (though some days I choose to work from home). I love music, adventures to the city, and hiking around the bay area - if you're new to the bay I'd be happy to show you around.
You: Clean, chill, quiet, considerate, pays rent on time (no later than the 28th of each month), preferably female. I'd prefer to have a roommate I could kick it and drink a beer on the couch with as opposed to some random person I see once in a while. I could care less if you're a techie, an artist, or a barista - I just want to get along with you!
