There's a room available in the cutest house in downtown Palo Alto. It really is the cutest house (we have 2 palm trees in the garden) in the perfect location (one block from University Ave). It's only 5 minutes by bike to the campus and all the shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The house and room are completely furnished so no worries about logistics. It has a garden, a big kitchen, dining room, two social areas and there are office set-ups all throughout the house (this really helps when you're working from home). We also have off-street carport parking.

The upstairs bedroom is large, has ample room for all your stuff and you share the upstairs bathroom with only one other person. The price is $1790 and the utilities are $150 (this includes everything - even wifi and netflix). Move-in date is flexible.
