Large room in 4 BR/ 2 BA Palo Alto Home

I am moving on Stanford campus and looking for someone to take over my lease. The house is located near midtown Palo Alto in a really nice residential neighborhood (close to Google 10 min). The house has hardwood floors, lots of natural light through the ceiling windows, plenty of street parking, and is in a great location (close to Philz coffee, biking distance from Stanford, close to San Antonio Shopping Center, easy access to 101). The kitchen appliances are very new, the garden is well kept and looks beautiful, the house is right across from a park, there is a driveway to park your car, and there is a new washer and dryer inside the house.
The room is pretty big and has its own door to the garden.
You'd be living with three roommates, who are all respectful and easy to get along with. They are all grads (two are Stanford grads) who work in Palo Alto. You would be sharing a bathroom with one of the roommates.

Rent is $1400, utilities usually come out to about $80.
Security deposit: $1250
Since I move to a furnished room I want to sell the furniture in the room (bed, cabinet, desk, chair, sleeping couch). Let me know if you are ok with that and maybe a few sentences about you!
