Large room in a spacious, sunny 2 bedroom available September 1st

I have an extra large bedroom available September 1st. There is a large kitchen, spacious living room, and small balcony. Covered parking spot included if you have a car. You would be sharing the apartment with me, a female in my 20s working in developmental neuroscience at Stanford SOM. I am tidy and easy to get along with. I'm out and about most of the day but really appreciate having a quiet, clean apartment to relax in at the end of the day.

5 min walk from Trader Joes, Safeway, and a variety of shops and businesses on El Camino Real. Quiet, safe neighborhood, mostly families, next door to a park with tennis courts. Very walkable. 10 minute bike ride to campus.

Water included, electricity, gas, and internet per month.
