Large room w/ Fireplace and Pool in Atherton

I am relocating for work and will be moving out of my place here. It's a very large room in a mansion in Atherton that opens to a backyard area.

Backyard:

• In-ground pool
• Above ground jacuzzi
• Personal Sauna
• Large tiki hut for social events
• Outdoor barbecue pit
• Sink with kitchen counter
• Outdoor entrance to bathroom

House:

• Full-sized Kitchen with island, multiple full-sized refrigerators and an industrial freezer
• Large circular driveway
• 7 bathrooms
• 3 floors

Housemates:
There are currently 9 other occupants (ages 23-30). They are all friendly, social, and fun, but are respectful of each other's privacy and noise preferences. There will be 1 housemate on the lower level, 4 housemates (and you) on the 1st floor, and 4 housemates on the 2nd floor. (Gender breakdown right now is 7 men, 2 women)

Unfortunately no pets allowed.
