I am moving to different city. I want to sublet my large studio (600 sqft) apartment in Palo Alto that is available from 3/30 to 8/31 at $2063/month. It is a corner apartment on the 3rd floor with garden view, and very clean. If you are interested in buying furniture I have, I am happy to sell the whole setup of furniture. If you lease this apartment as a new lease, monthly payment will be $2245. But if you take over my lease, then you can save $910.
