Please note. This is a shared apartment. There is no owner living with you.

• Your room is partly furnished with a bed, desk, table, comfortable chair, lamps, and bookcase.
• The kitchen and living room are shared with your housemates.
• The apartment is carpeted. The complex also has a coin-operated laundry.

Nearby
• This is a great location with quick access to I-85 and I-280 (5 min) as well as 880/17 and 101 (10 min).
• We are an easy walk (15-20 min) or bike ride to Apple-Infinite Loop or DeAnza College.
• Three neighborhood shopping/restaurant centers with a dozen restaurants, banks and drugstores,
as well as a Crunch gym, are within a 6 minute walk.
• Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Target and Safeway, I-280 and I-85 are 6 minutes by car.
• The Google shuttle stops at the corner and Stanford (the Dish) is 15 min away by car.

Moving in
• The monthly rent is $1025 and the room is available.
• Move-in is first and last month's rent and a smaller security deposit.
• We share utilities, water and trash, and internet.

The room is for one person only, preferably through the academic year, and is open because our current housemate is moving to Berkeley for another post-doc. It is shared with two housemates, an M student and an M mgt. consultant.
