Private bedroom and shared bath in a shared 3br/2ba apartment for August 1.
We are located in a safe, quiet, family neighborhood on the West Sunnyvale-Cupertino border.
You have a large, bright sunlit room with south and west windows and a big closet.
Your room is partly furnished including a bed, desk and table, a comfortable office chair,
some lamps and a bookcase. If you have your own furniture, that’s ok too.
We are an easy walk (15-20 min) or bike ride to Apple-Infinite Loop or DeAnza College.
This is a great location with quick access to I-85 and I-280 (5 min) and to 880/17 and 101 (10 min)
It's an easy drive to most companies in the valley.
The Google shuttle stops at the corner and Stanford (the Dish) is 15 min away by car.
Three neighborhood shopping/restaurant centers with a dozen restaurants, are within a 6 minute walk.
Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Target, and Safeway are all within a mile and a half.
Nearby Serra Park has lighted tennis courts and a cookout/picnic area.
Move-in is first and last month's rent and a small security deposit.
We share costs for internet and utilities. Sorry – no smoking or pets.
The apartment is shared with two housemates, an M student and M mgt consultant.
