I'm a Stanford Business School student subletting my room for this summer (June 18 to Aug 31): it's a spacious, bright and fully furnished space in College Terrace - 5 minutes biking from GSB/other schools and California Ave Caltrain Station. Lots of restaurants and markets around the corner at California ave. We potentially have 1 parking spot.

The house is a lovely 2BR/1BA (just 1 room for rent), with complete kitchen, restroom and living room. The other roommate is a great guy (Software engineer working in Palo Alto), super clean and friendly, who spends most of the day out.

Price is $1850/month (with utilities). Proportional price for June.
