I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a large bedroom in an apartment in the Outer Sunset. The target start date is August 1, though the exact move-in date may need to be coordinated with the property manager.

Rent is $1,400 per month, plus utilities. My total monthly cost is usually around $1,600.

The apartment is on the third floor of a large building. The room has hardwood floors, large windows, lots of natural light, and a great view of the surrounding neighborhood and hills.

You would share the apartment with four housemates and share a bathroom with one other person. The household is generally quiet and respectful, especially at night.

The location is very convenient:

Directly on the N-Judah Muni line
Two blocks from Golden Gate Park
About a 20-minute walk to Ocean Beach
Close to restaurants, cafés, shops, and grocery stores
Street parking available; I usually have no trouble finding a nearby space

The lease transfer will be handled through the property manager and will be subject to their application and approval process.
