Lease takeover, room for rent

Hello! I recently changed my major and am switching campuses, so I need to find a spot a bit closer to school. Because of that, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in a super nice 4x4 townhouse!
The house itself is great and the main spaces are already furnished. The roommates are 2 girls and 1 guy (he's gay), they're incredibly sweet and easy to live with. You'd get your own private room and private attached bathroom (it'll be totally empty since I'm bringing my bedroom furniture with me).
The details:
Rent: $789/month
Utilities: Usually around $80
Deposit/fee: $200
It's a really good setup with wonderful people and a super easy move-in.
