Looking for 1 new roommate to rent a large master bedroom with private bath in a 2 BR apartment located close to San Antonio Shopping Center, Caltrain and a short bike ride to downtown Mountain View/Castro Street. You could get by without a car living here. Less than 15 min walk to grocery stores, Target, Walmart etc. 24 hour fitness is also walking distance.
THE ROOM
Spacious master bedroom includes two separate closets and a private in-suite bathroom. Unfurnished. For a single occupant.

-Pet Friendly Community (One small Pug is a current resident here) another pet would be considered but must meet the size and breed requirements and also get along with my dog.

Young female professional (Stanford researcher). I have a female pug. I am social and outgoing, I go out on weekends and some week nights but I do not bring the party home. I have friends stay over on occasion and also leave for an occasional weekend trip. You are welcome to do the same. Keep it courteous with the guests and noise.
RENT AND STUFF
-Rent is $1600 per month, which includes the PG&E/Internet and apartment fees (water, trash etc.). I don’t have cable but if you must have it maybe we can work something out.
-The room is a lease takeover which you are getting under market rate until May 1st of 2016. You will have to sign a lease and have a credit check done through housing management. A $600 deposit will be traded with the current tenant. If you have an animal we will split the animal deposit of $500.
