This is arguably the best high-rise in the city with some of the finest amenities (24/7 concierge associates, 5,000 square foot gym, indoor pool, club lounge, movie theatre, and business center). The unit has a split layout (rooms on opp side of the living room/kitchen) which offers greater privacy. You get the 2nd bedroom with hallway bathroom. Some furnishings would be in place.

Situation: I’m taking over a friend’s existing lease [8 months left], at a rate that is significantly lower than market [$5,000 for 2br/2bath + den vs market at about $5,800 – see link below for similar unit 6 floors up that rented in August]; the landlord seems willing to keep the rate low, for the right renters.
