We are seeking 1-2 tenants to join our beautiful Victorian era house, conveniently located just minutes from public transport and local amenities. Here's what you need to know:

• Monthly Rent: $1090

• Lease Duration: 12-month lease starting September 1st

• House Size: 3500 square feet with 11 rooms 6 bedrooms.

• Layout: full house of 4 floors, including 3 full bathrooms and 2 restrooms

• Amenities: Fully furnished common areas, laundry, dishwasher, a combined kitchen and dining room, two living rooms, a basement den, and a study. Bonus 2nd kitchen upstairs.

• Transportation: 8-minute walk to B Green Line and Worcester commuter rail, less than 5-minute walk to buses 64, 66, 67; 7-minute walk to Stop n Shop and 3-minute walk to 7-Eleven

• Costs: No broker fee or security deposit; last month's rent required upfront; utilities not included (water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi)

Tenant Requirements:

• Must have a second signatory or full-time job (as required by the landlord)

• No smoking and no obnoxiously loud/late parties

Preferences:

• Ideally ages 22-28; current tenants are in their early to mid-20s

• Reasonably tidy/clean

• Friendly and laid-back
