Price: 900/month for the living room. Share bathroom with one other person.

Roommates: recent Stanford graduates. A female roommate working in consulting, and a male roommate working in a startup as software engineer. Both very quiet, mostly stay in their own rooms.

Neighborhood: very safe, the property is professionally managed by Palmetto Apartment
