Hi! We're looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house for a long-term lease, ideally moving in Sept 1st (flexible around Aug / early Sept).

A bit about us: Recent grads, now working full-time with stable income and solid references. Quiet, clean, non-smoking. No pets. We take good care of a place and are looking to settle somewhere for the long haul.

Ideal housing:
2BR or 3BR single-family house or townhome
Close to Caltrain and bikeable
Long-term lease (1+ year, open to longer)
