A cute 1b1b cottage with independent entrance in our backyard is looking for a tenant! The property is located at the heart of San Carlos, with a 6-minute walk to downtown/Caltrain, and five blocks from the Holly exit of HWY 101.
There is no stove or kitchen facility in the Cottage, but you are free to use the full kitchen in the main house. You are also going to share the backyard with two housemates in the main house (there are six fruit trees in the backyard, :) ).
About your housemates in the main house
Couple at early 30s. Both work full time in tech companies. Geeky and easy going. They love food, movie, and video games.
About you
No drama, pay rent on time and respect other tenants. Having a pet is a plus, :).
Rent and Move in date:
Rent is 1500 per month payable at the start, and the Cottage is moving ready by 03/15.
