We are two female working professionals living in Redwood City looking to find another female roommate to move-in the 3rd bedroom.
About us: We enjoy hiking, taking dance classes, watching Netflix, traveling, drinking wine/cooking, and entertaining. We are respectful, tidy, easy-going roommates. I have a sweet small 20 lb. hypoallergenic welsh terrier who loves people and other dogs, we are open to another dog upon screening.
About the house: 1730 sq. feet. Private backyard in a safe neighborhood near the Woodside Plaza. 4 bedroom/ 2 bath. Currently, the 4th bedroom is used for occasional guests/friends and family who visit. Garage has washer/dryer and plenty storage.
Move-in date in November flexible. 1 bedroom/shared bath: $1600 plus utilities. Lease will be for 1 year.
