Hi! We're looking for someone to join our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse! Located 1.5 miles from Cal Train, Downtown Sunnyvale, and Downtown Mountain view, our charming little home is centered perfectly for people that love the convenience of suburb and a feel for the downtown life just a short walk or drive away. The room itself is 150 spacious square feet and shares a full bathroom with one other person. The room has an equally spacious closet and it's own built in wall storage closet separate. Throughout the house, all floors are hardwood except for the room's which are carpet. Kitchen is a good size and the house has lots of beautiful natural lighting. The place will be available the last week of July with the lease beginning August 1st. We would love to have you!
