Looking for 2 awesome roommates (Redwood City)

We are looking for 2 awesome roommates to join us in signing a lease for 4 br/3.5 bath (Start Date May 2,2015) in Redwood city (Close to grocery stores, downtown, theatre, El Camino Real)

About me:
29, M.
I've had a great relationship with my roommates and I'd love to find that again here. I moved from Chicago recently. I love to explore new places, enjoy cooking, hang out with roommates and friends, some really good, creative (sometimes) conversations, having a drink or two with roomies or friends. Started to play pool 6 months back and getting really good. I work at Stanford as a Research fellow (usual work hours 9:30 to 5:30). After work, I like to hang out with roomies, watching TV, cooking.
On weekends, love to go to new places and explore bars n restaurants.

The other roommate: Female. outgoing, responsible, clean, and fun, love cooking , Exploring the places.

A few things about you:
Awesome and chill person, Likes to hang out. Not looking for someone who just needs a place to sleep.
You would enjoy cooking together or grilling out in nice weather over a bottle of wine, whisky or beer. I'm looking to share home with a new friend, not someone who will be in his/her room all the time.
Pets are okay.
Likes to explore places with me (sometimes), going to different bars or restaurants or just chill around.
Male or female (doesn't matter). Will be a plus if you likes to play pool.

Budget:
Master Bedroom with Attached bath and balcony (Its a huge room with 2 big closets). : 1375$ + Utilities
2nd Master Bedroom with attached half bath and shared bath (2 big closets): 1200$ + Utilities
