Looking for 2 roommates to share great 3BR2BA apt close to SU campus

Hi there,

I am a German Phd student from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland conducting my Phd in Management. I am currently enrolled at SU as a visiting researcher until the end of January 2015.

I went to see this great apartment today and would be happy to find 2 roommates, who would share this place with me.

Updated kitchen with granite counters and breakfast bar. Complex amenities include: pool, recreation room, barbecue area, 1-car covered parking with extra storage and 1 uncovered parking. Conveniently located to Stanford Campus. Walking distance to shopping center and restaurants. It is definitely a really nice place. No dirty carpets, nice floor, clean, great kitchen, large living and dining are, just a higher standard then most of the places here. You can bike to the campus in around 10 minutes.

Price: In total you should be willing to pay 1400 USD per month. This would include utilities, Wifi, and cable TV.

If you like the place, then let's have a quick coffee somewhere to see if we would fit. I am an easy going person. I do my research during the day, go to the gym quite often in the evening, and would describe myself as pretty open and social, when I come home. I like sitting together and chat and would also be in for joint activities, if the schedules fit.
