We are looking for a third housemate to apply together for an apartment at Menlo Park on Noel Drive
(very close to Caltrain Station), 3beds-2 bathrooms.
Here more info:
- Move in date: June 1st 2019.
- Monthly rent: $1,600 - unfurnished (some utilities may be covered in the rent, don't remember which, sorry).
- All brand new appliances (stainless steel) and wooden flooring.
- Current roommates are 2 professional females who work at Stanford (one is Italian and one is from Belarus). This is your unprecedented opportunity to live with unique and great roommates, enjoying Italian cuisine and learn about the Belarus culture!
- You will need to fill a rental application (35$ per person). During the application, you would need to provide your information, e.g. SSN, rental history, proof of income (Stanford/your employer offer letter, paycheck). The rental agency will email to all of us a link for filling all these info.
- No pets, no drug please.
- We might apply together to other 3beds apartments close to campus.
