We are looking for a third housemate (ASAP!) to apply together for an apartment in Menlo Park
(very close to Caltrain Station), 3beds-2 bathrooms.
Here more info:
- Move in date: June 15st 2019. ONE YEAR LEASE - NO SUMMER SUBLEASE/INTERNSHIP.
- Unfurnished.
- 1 master bedroom with private restroom: 1,700. 2 bedrooms with shared restroom: 1,400. We have not decided yet who will take what, we can decide together. All of these are without utilities.
- (some utilities are covered by the rent, don't remember which, sorry).
- All brand new appliances (stainless steel) and wooden flooring.
- You will need to fill a rental application (35$ per person) from the rental agency. During the application, you would need to provide your information, e.g. SSN, rental history, proof of income (Stanford/your employer offer letter, last two paychecks). The rental agency will email to all of us a link for filling all these info.
- Requirements from the rental agency: proof of income: AT LEAST THREE TIMES - before taxes - the monthly rent for the master bedroom ($5,100) or ($4,200) for the bedroom with the shared restroom.
- Current roommates are 2 professional females who work at Stanford (one is Italian and one is from Belarus). This is your unprecedented opportunity to live with unique and great roommates, enjoying Italian cuisine and learn about the Belarus culture!
- No pets, no drug please.
- We might apply together to other 3beds apartments close to campus.
