Looking for a 4th (female) roommate to build an awesome house in SF

Hey there Cardinal !

I'm a Stanford grad and I'm looking to move to SF. We have a group going here, 2 guys (both working at Facebook, me, 25, and another guy, 30, from Princeton), 1 girl (26, from Princeton) about to start a job at Rocketship Education in Palo Alto.

Trying to build a fun, social house in the city. Nothing insane, but definitely hoping to have people over for dinner and hang outs on a regular basis. To keep a balance in gender ratio, we would prefer to have another girl join the group.

Areas of interest: Mission / Dolores, East noe Valley, possibly Hayes Valley. Open to other options too (we all commute)
Budget: $1000-1600 per person per month
