Looking for a flatemate

I currently looking for a flatmate - so we can find an apartment together.
I am working at a tech Startup - close to Sunnyvale downtown.

I am either willing to renew my lease in a 2Bed/2Bath (means - private bedroom with dedicated bathroom - means lower pricing) or looking for a new apartment near Sunnyvale downtown.

the current location I stay that has the following amenities -
In-unit washer & dryer, Central Airconditioning/ Heating, 1 parking spot available, microwave, stove, oven etc. Spacious living room with lots of storage space. Apartment size ~1100 sq ft
The community has many amenities – Gym, pool, BBQ, Game room, Bike Storage, Business center, restricted access with 24/7 video monitoring etc.
Walkable Distance:

• Target, CVS is 2 minutes’ Walk
• Sunnyvale Caltrain is 2 min walk
• Sunnyvale Downtown/Murphy Street is 3 min walk (lots of food, bar options!)
• Starbucks, Philz is 2 min walk
• Google/Amazon Shuttle stop is 3 min walk
• Zipcar rental is 4 min walk
  All major tech companies are 5-7 min drive away. All other major grocery stories (Trader Joe’s, Safeway, Walgreens etc.) are 5-6 min drive away.
