Looking for a graduate student roommate in EV

We are two female graduate students living in EV South (lowrise w/ 3 bedrooms), looking for a roommate starting from the Winter quarter because our third roommate is moving into couples housing. Given that this is Stanford on-campus housing, only a Stanford graduate student can move in with us.

We are old friends, and we have been cultivating a little community in our home. We have board game nights, split household chores and have occasional, chill hangouts with friends. We are looking for a roommate of any gender who is chill, likes to keep things clean, is a good communicator and who would be open to joining this small community of ours.
