Looking for a housemate near downtown Palo Alto

I am looking for a housemate in an apartment near downtown Palo Alto (place opens up mid to end of March). Walking distance to Palo Alto Caltrain, Stanford, University Ave (2 blocks away).

Place is 2-Bed, 1-Bath and I have lived here for 3 years now and it is a great location (+ if you want furniture is already available).

We have a parking spot you can use (and ample street parking too) and we have a gorgeous lush green patio.

I am a 27 y o Male. I am a software engineer and professional artist - I am very sociable but also good at giving you space should you prefer.
