Looking for a housemate—townhouse in Palo Alto—mid April

I am a postdoc in Stanford and I look for a housemate in a nice townhouse in Curtner Ave Palo Alto (15 minute biking distance to Stanford's Main Quad). The lease will start from April (the current housemate will move out before mid April), and the rent will be $1,300-1,400 for each of us (the rent varies based on the lease). The owner will sign leases with both of us.

Unit Features:
-Two stories. A big living room and kitchen on the fist floor, and two bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor.
-Small private back yard
-Washer and dryer in unit
-Walk-in closets in both bedrooms
-Two parking spots

Requirements:
-Single (The owner prefers Stanford affiliate)
-female preferred
-No Pets/No Smoking
