More info:The house is a 3 bedroom 1 bath house with a garage (so much storage), wood floors throughout, renovated kitchen with marble counters and a beautiful gas stove (great for cooking roommate dinners)
The room that is available is on the cozy side probably 10x10 and works best with a twin bed. Laundry in the garage--stop hoarding quarters. Rent $1400/mo, utilities
