Roommate Wanted – 3BR Apartment in Somerville (Inman/Union Square)

We're looking for a third roommate to join our spacious 3-bedroom apartment starting September 1st!

The details:

• Rent: $1,340/month

• Move-in: 9/1/26

• Street parking

• Central air

• Dishwasher

• Coin-op laundry in the basement

• Great back porch

• The apartment is fully furnished except for the bedroom, making it a great option for someone moving to the Boston area.

We're in a fantastic Somerville location just down the street from Harvard right in between Inman and Union square, about a 13-minute walk to the Union Square Green Line, with several bus routes just a few minutes from our doorstep. It's an especially convenient spot for graduate students or anyone commuting into Cambridge or Boston.

A little about us:

• We're Lisa and Kristen, two working professionals in our 30s.

• Lisa is a teacher, and Kristen is a recruiter.

• We both grew up in the Boston area and have called Somerville home for the past seven years. We love the neighborhood. There are great cafés, restaurants, parks, and local events, and it's a fun, creative community to be part of.

• We both have stable schedules, respect each other's space, and like keeping our home clean, welcoming, and low stress.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is a working professional (ideally in their 30s).

• Loves pets.

• Is clean, considerate, and helps keep shared spaces tidy.

• Enjoys being friendly and social. We like catching up after work, sharing the occasional meal, game night, or movie night, but we also appreciate having our own space and independence.

Our apartment has been a wonderful place to call home, and we'd love to find someone who's looking for good roommates and a comfortable, respectful place to live.
