Looking for a professional to occupy 1 room in a 2 bed/2bath apartment

Looking for a professional to occupy 1 room in a 2 bed/2bath apartment.

Two options for ya:

(1) The master, $1660.50/month, a larger room that includes private bathroom with shower. The bedroom is approximately 11.5’ x 13’ and has large built-in closets and a large window.
(2) The other bedroom, $1560.50/month, a smaller room. It also has its own bathroom with shower, just with the need to cross a hallway. The bedroom is approximately 10.5’x12’ and has a pretty nice window, too.

I am currently a postdoc at Stanford, joint with the med school and psychology, and am planning on staying at least another year. My roommate went and got engaged and bought a house, and this has been such a fantastic and convenient place to live that I'm hoping I can find someone new to move in!

(Excuse the mess, roommate is in the process of moving out!)

Shared kitchen with dishwasher, dining area and living room, with the apartment ~1100 square feet in total. Small backyard area, storage closet and covered parking space in the back. Free laundry on site. Overnight guests are ok, but no pets! I sneeze.

A 10 min bike ride to Stanford, a 10 minute walk to Cal Ave Caltrain Station, and a 5-minute walk to shopping and dining at Town and Country. Rent does not include electricity and garbage, which has averaged $76/person per month in the last year. We’ll also need to split WiFi.
