I'm looking for a roommate to share a 2bd/2ba in Sunnyvale apartment,

It's near Mary Avenue and Central express way, it's very close to most of the companies in Mountain View and Sunnyvale. Super convenient. It's a gated community and uses electronic entrance, very secured.

It's a 2nd floor(top floor) unit, has laundry washer/dryer in unit. Has balcony and extra storage.

Room1: bath room is on the outside,
Room2: master bedroom, bathroom is in inside, has a walk-in closet.

Your's is Room2. $1380/month, Minimum lease is 6months, move in date is May 24th (flexible). You can choose to stay longer or move out after 6 months.

About me: I'm a Stanford Alumni 2009, now a software engineer working in Mountain View.
Female, Asian, I'm easy-going, friendly, I like to keep my apartment clean and organized and I vacuum regularly. I have a cat and I cover the pet rent part.

About you: Female, must love cat. Easy going, clean, Must pay rent on time. No live-in boyfriend. Occasional visitor is fine, but not every day. Responsible.

I have most of the furniture in the living room area such as a TV, electronic piano, a couch, cat tree, a dining table. Your room is unfurnished.

Utilities are not included in the rent so we'll split the following:

• Electricity
• Water, garbage, sewer, about $60~$80 a month per person
• Wifi, I have comcast internet and cable, we can split the bill.
