I'm looking for a roommate to share a beautiful apartment in Redwood Shores--Would you like the financial benefit of living with a roommate while still maintaining the feel of having your own space/area? Do you need a washer/dryer AND your own private bathroom, then read on!

Private bedroom (unfurnished) with private adjacent bathroom: $2000
Includes rent and covers power, internet, trash, water, and sewage.

The room unfurnished and is a little larger than 12 X 14, not including the little entryway and the closet area. With semi-private entry into the apartment on your side, your room/bathroom would really feel like your own little apartment area. (PHOTOS OF ROOM CAN BE SENT UPON REQUEST)

Neighborhood:
This safe, quiet, luxury residential neighborhood is one of the nicest and safest neighborhoods in the entire Bay Area. It is near Oracle, Electronic Arts (EA) and many other companies in Redwood Shores. Redwood Shores is about halfway between San Jose and San Francisco, so it is an ideal central location on the peninsula.

Local Transportation:
There is a Sam Trans Bus stop in walking distance with service to San Carlos, Belmont and San Mateo, as well as express service to Downtown SF. Or you could drive or take the bus to San Carlos Cal Train, which is only minutes away. Walking distance to many Redwood Shores Businesses, including Electronic Arts, Oracle, and many start-ups.

Your room is complete with closet and has plenty of natural light.

The Apartment:
Fully remodeled kitchen includes brand new stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and cabinets. Both bathrooms were recently remodeled as well with new flooring, cabinets, and hardware. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit. First floor apartment with semi-private entry. Total apartment is 1000sq ft.

Parking:
Some Uncovered parking is available on this property and the adjacent property owned by the same management. This is on a first come first serve basis.

ABOUT ME:
I'm a professional who works M-F in the daytime, so weeknights are generally quiet in the apartment. I work from home three days a week.

$2000 a month due on the first of the month-- this covers rent and utilities.
