And heater, air conditioning, dishwasher, fireplace, cable are all ready for use. There is also a swimming pool and gym in the community. It is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood and right next to the wealthy Atherton mansion area, excellent for jogging and casual walking. It has very easy access to Highway 82/84/101 and is perfect for people who work in the Peninsula area. ECR bus station/Target supermarket is within walking distance. 3 minute's drive to Costco/Safeway/Wholefoods/Caltrain station.

The room is the master bedroom and rent is $1665/month (negotiable). Working professionals and students are welcome.
