Looking for a third roommate for a spacious room in 3 bedroom home!

We are looking for a roommate to rent the third bedroom in this spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house in the University Square Neighborhood. The house has an open floor plan with hardwood floors in the living, kitchen, family and bathrooms. The large chef’s kitchen features granite counter tops, a center island and stainless steel appliances. The home has 2 large living rooms (one with gas fireplace) as well as an upstairs sitting area. There is also central AC and heating, recessed lighting and a built-in sound system, which all make this a comfortable place to come home to. The home has an updated front loading washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. Additionally, we have a two-car attached garage and parking in the driveway and curbside as well.

A little about us:

The first roommate is a 26 year-old female Stanford alum and Atlanta native who recently relocated back to Palo Alto from Washington, DC to work at Stanford. In her free time, she loves to cook, enjoys watching sports, working out, reading a good book, or relaxing with a glass of wine while watching TV.

The second roommate is a 25 year-old male Stanford alumni and works for a consulting firm and plays sports. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, working out, playing video games, and relaxing with a beer while watching TV.

We are both clean and responsible individuals who don't smoke or use drugs.

The house is a short drive to downtown Palo Alto and near The Baylands Nature Preserve, a great place for biking, running or walking. We are close to the 101 making San Fran, San Jose, and Oakland easily accessible. We are also within 10 – 15 minutes of Google’s Mountain View HQ and Facebook’s Menlo Park HQ.

We are looking for a working professional/ grad student/ postdoc or medical student/fellow who is:

• friendly (we don't have to be friends but we do have to get along well as housemates)
• takes care of common areas (maintaining furniture, appliances, TV in good condition)
• Tidy and will pitch in to keep the common areas clean (helping with common household chores).
• a dog-lover. We have a hypoallergenic labradoodle named Bodie. He is a fluffy ball of love, and he doesn't shed. We don't expect our roommate to help with the dog, but if you're a dog lover and would like to help, great!
