Looking for a young professional roommate

I am looking for a new roommate since my current roommate is moving out to live with his fiance.
The apartment is located in Mountain View, right next to Rengstorff park. It is only a mile away from downtown Moutnain View, and 5 miles to Stanford.

Exact move-in date is not yet known, but most likely early February 2016.

I am a 29 year-old engineer who works in semi-conductor industry in Santa Clara. I grew up in Asia and moved here for college and have been in bay area for 10 years. I am looking for a quiet and responsible working professional.

Notes:

1. There will be an application fee of $40 (that goes to the apartment manager)
2. The rent is $1050. Utilities (electricity, internet, water/garbage) are extra and not included in the rent. We equally split the utilities every month. Utilities are around $200 per month, so each of us pays some $100 for the utilities.
3. You need to have stable income that is more than 3 times the rent.
4. The current lease goes until end of October 2016. The lease is reviewed and renewed every year. For the last few years, the rent increases about 5-10%. We equally split the increase if we decide to renew the lease. (i.e. if the rent increase is $100, I pay additional $50 and you pay $50 for the new lease)
