I am looking for a female housemate for a spacious 2BR/2BA apartment in Palo Alto, near VA hospital and Gunn high school. The room will be available from July 1st for a one year lease; move-in dates are flexible.
The neighborhood is very safe and quiet; the apartment complex is equipped with an outdoor swimming pool, backyard/BBQ area, laundry facilities, and gym. Our apartment is on the 2nd floor.
The rent is $1750 (including one covered parking spot) + ~ $100 for utilities per month per person. The room has own bathroom and closet. It will be unfurnished. The living room/kitchen area is spacious with lots of natural lighting and a big balcony.
The apartment is a 15-minute bike ride to Stanford University, 5-minute drive to San Antonio Center (Whole Foods, Trader´s Joe, Safeway, Target, Walmart) and within walking distance to the VA hospital.
About me: I am 33y old female, from Europe, non-smoker and work as a postdoc at Stanford. I enjoy hiking, swimming, and biking in my free time.
