Looking for female housemate, private room in Sunnyvale 2bd/1.5ba cond

The apartment is 2bd/1.5ba and I'm looking to fill the second room. The room is unfurnished and not incredibly big. There is a good-sized closet with several shelves so you probably won't need an additional dresser. There are two bathrooms, but only one has a shower, so you'd have your own bathroom but would need to come into mine for the shower. I am rarely at the apartment and often shower at the gym or at work, so it is unlikely to be a conflict.

The apartment complex is fairly small and quiet. It doesn't have additional amenities. Parking is never a problem. Utilities are not included in rent and are generally from $10-$20/month. High speed Comcast internet is included. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. A cleaner comes once a month, so there will be an additional $60 fee/month for that.

The apartment is a 15 minute walk from the Sunnyvale Caltrain Station and a 7-15 minute drive to main campus depending on traffic. It is also right around the corner from the Mary/Central shuttle stop.

Rent is month-to-month with one month's rent security deposit and 30 days notice on either end to move out. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions.
