Looking for female roommate to share 2BR house in downtown Palo Alto!!

Hi, I just moved to Palo Alto as I will be joining a startup in 2 weeks.
I found a great 2BR/1BA apartment in downtown Palo Alto (Middlefield between Addison and Lincoln ave) for $2,895 (incl. water). I just saw the apartment and I'm attaching pictures of all the rooms and below are some details:

• BR 1: 11x12; one window, closet with mirrors.
• BR 2: 15x12; 2 windows, closet with mirrors
• Living room: 22x15
• Kitchen: small working area (stove, etc..) but fits a dining area!
• Shared closet between the two bedrooms
• Shared bathroom

I'm looking for a female roommate ASAP. Please email if you're only ready to move NOW!
Leasing company is asking for an application ($35), a photo ID, and a proof of income.

A bit about me: I'm 26 years old, just moved from NY where I was doing my MS in Global Affairs at NYU. I'm originally Lebanese. Love cooking, extremely laid back and very easy to live with. I'm looking for someone I can really trust and feel comfortable living with.
