Looking for Grad Student Housing August-December

Hi,
I'm a grad student looking for a shared apartment or house within the range of $700-800/mo (utilities included) in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, or Mountain View. I prefer to live with one or two other roommates but willing to make an exception, especially if it's with other grad students. Biking/walking distance necessary/ Only for the Fall quarter (Sept-December)/ Easy laundry access. I'm pretty easy to live with since I'm considerate, clean, receptive, and I like to socialize sometimes.
