Looking for Housemates in a Gorgeous House in SF

Hey there,

Over the last few weeks, I've been reaching out to friends of friends and young Stanford alums to put together an awesome group of housemates. We're looking for 1-2 more to fill out a five-room house.

The house is 4,000 square feet, three stories, five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, huge common spaces, in one of the safest and most beautiful neighborhoods in the city (Forest Hill) – absolutely gorgeous. It's very close to the muni and the 280, so it's easy to get to the Financial District or drive to Palo Alto.

Here are some values that mean a lot to me, and I hope to share them with my housemates:

5. A drug-free environment (no smoking / drugs) – alcohol is fine but not too heavy please :)

1. 1-year lease
2. $2k/month + $3k security deposit
