Hi! I am looking for someone to sublease my current room in Menlo Park. The room is very spacious and the rest of the apartment is very clean. There are currently 2 other roommates, who are both professionals and very easygoing to live with.
The address is 2315 Eastridge Ave, Menlo Park, Ca 94025. It is very close to Stanford.
What I am looking for: A professional who has a job or a student who is going to school. Clean in the common rooms and respectful.
The lease is up in January, but I am looking for someone to sub-lease immediately. I am currently moving back to the East Bay for a job I just started there.
The rent will be prorated for October, when you do move in. I am looking for someone to take over ASAP.
